This 16 point acupressure protocol was developed following the events of September 11, 2001. The Seva Stress Release points and sequence was selected from a series of protocols that had been in use for over 30 years based on acupressure points over 5,300 years old. Since then it has been practiced and taught across the country and around the world.
The client stays fully clothed and rest comfortably while the 16 points are held in a specific sequence. Because Seva Stress Release is noninvasive it is a great complement to self care.
